So often when we hear or read the word ‘Leader’ we think of CEOs of big companies, or government officials, or education leaders, and on and on.  But actually everyone is a leader in whatever they are involved in.  A secretary can be a leader in his/her field, a maintenance can be a leader in his/her field.  Even those who choose to stay at home are leaders in their realm.  Being a leader isn’t a position as much as a role we play.  We can all learn the techniques of excellent leadership and how to work well with others in our realm.  Leaders are made not born.  As a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team I have access to so many wonderful resources to help persons become successful leaders no matter where they work or find themselves.
